Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Client Account Manager to join our team and drive sales strategy and campaign execution for our CPG vertical. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, with a focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a Client Account Manager at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals
  • Executing campaign launches from start to finish and delivering insightful optimizations to agency and client partners
  • Ongoing management of internal account operations
  • Educating brands and media agencies on value proposition and best practices
  • Consulting clients on their awareness and direct response objectives and crafting media plans
  • Collaborating with Ad Ops for effective campaign delivery and resolution of technical issues
  • Representing client needs to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Identifying areas of improvement proactively

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management, CPG client experience preferred
  • A solid understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
  • Comfort with problems of diverse scope requiring data analysis
  • Understanding of Digital measurement and tracking fundamentals
  • A tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel preferred
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
