Job Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their inquiries and concerns
  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools

Preferred Qualifications:
