As a Behavior Therapist, you'll play a vital role in implementing ABA therapy and counseling programs, working collaboratively with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to drive meaningful progress and positive change. Job Summary We're seeking an experienced ABA Behavior Therapist - Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a Behavior Therapist, you'll be responsible for collecting behavior and skill acquisition data, conducting discrete trials, and implementing behavior support and treatment plans. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely, with flexible scheduling and competitive hourly rates. Plus, you'll have the chance to earn up to $4000 in bonus incentives over 12 months! Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, using standardized assessment tools and protocols
  • Conduct discrete trials, implementing behavior support and treatment plans as directed by a BCBA
  • Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work, adhering to Key Autism Services' values and standards
  • Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions, with all necessary materials and equipment

Requirements: Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology)
  • 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
  • 1 year of ABA experience, or 1-2 years of experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, families, and supervisors

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using a Cognitive Behavior Intervention Plan with youth and families
  • Familiarity with ABA therapy and counseling programs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
