As a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, working closely with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating the docks for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Preparing and reviewing documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders
  • Communicating with carrier representatives to arrange shipments and resolve issues
  • Corresponding with customer representatives to resolve problems, such as damages, scheduling issues, and pickup dates and times
  • Collaborating with Shift Leads to ensure smooth operations and resolve any discrepancies
  • *What We're Looking For**

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 2+ years of experience in a warehouse setting

  • Previous knowledge of shipping and receiving, with a focus on customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using software applications and systems
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or supply chain role

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Familiarity with automation and new technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt
