Position Overview The Estimating Support acts as a central support function within the sales and project delivery process. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between teams, supporting business development activity, managing communication channels, and maintaining high standards of customer service and administration. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with both clients and internal teams. Must have strong excel skills and ability to work with ERP systems

Responsibilities

Order Handover Support Prepare and hand over orders to the project delivery team. Update schedules and ensure all project details are accurate and matching the customers purchase orders. Fill out order handover criteria for project managers. Build the schedules in Fred quoting tool and hand over to relevant team. Quoting & Scheduling Support Work with our quoting tool to produce quotes for full door packages. Assist the estimating team with quoting and scheduling work when required. Prepare the quoting documents for the estimators to work on. Complete quote updates where required.

Qualifications

Strong Excel skills and ability to work with ERP systems.
