Epic Support Analyst III, Resolute HB PB Claims and Remittance

Organization: SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley Position Overview: Ensures exceptional customer satisfaction by providing tier 2 troubleshooting assistance. Ensures timely resolution of problems, ensures customers are informed of unresolved issues, and engages other analysts directly to resolve challenging issues.

  • Resolute HB/PB Claims and Remittance experience.

Job Description: EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE

  • Epic certification in Resolute Hospital (HB) and Professional Billing (PB) upon hire

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years recent relevant experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Is a proven expert in architecture, design, development, and ongoing support to the Epic application.
