Interviews will be via Microsoft Teams.Submission Due Date: 06/29/2025Client: State of OhioPosition is full-time remote.Role OverviewThe Epic Analyst – Healthy Planet Population Health plays a vital role in supporting the implementation, optimization and ongoing maintenance of the Epic Healthy Planet module, which is designed to enhance population health management. This role works closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure data‑driven, value‑based care strategies are supported effectively through Epic.
