Responsibilities

• Practice within the state of California in the Environmental/Toxic Tort department
• Work on various types of toxic tort actions, including benzene, PFAS, heavy metals, silica, solvents, mold and asbestos
• Handle Prop 65 and class action matters
• Engage in forward-facing client interactions and manage appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials

Skills

• Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the state of California
• Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
• Candidates must possess strong academic backgrounds
• Candidates must have proven skills in research
• Candidates must be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
