Description: Role: Data Annotator Location: Remote Duration: 6+ months Must have a Laptop and active internet connection to perform duties. Data annotation is the process of labeling or tagging raw data (like images, text, or audio) so that Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning models can understand it Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Annotator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our conversational AI model delivers a high-quality customer experience while meeting business objectives. We welcome both entry-level applicants and experienced/senior candidates. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Verify data to enhance the performance of the AI model.
• Review model outputs to maintain established quality standards.
• Provide feedback to support continuous performance improvement.

Requirements:

• Entry-level position; however, experience in editing, product reviewing, content writing, or technical writing is an advantage.
• Excellent writing and spelling skills in Japanese/French/Canada and English.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both Japanese/ Japanese/French/Canada and English.
• Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficiently.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to guidelines and workflows.
• Comfortable working with customer-facing content and content management tools.
• Problem-solving mindset.

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with chatbots is a plus.
• Knowledge of the retail/shopping domain is an advantage.

No prior experience or training required — paid training will be provided. Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
