• reputed company candidates using job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone/video screenings
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation
• Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Meet weekly recruiting activity and hiring goals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely without daily supervision
• Ability to manage time effectively and drive results independently

• Customer service, sales, or administrative experience
