As an entry level insurance sales agent with Bankers Life, you will utilize our ongoing, award-winning company training to: Set appointments to identify prospective clients' financial resources and needs Offer expert life and health insurance policy recommendations to generate sales Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base How Bankers Life compensates your work: In the first 4 weeks, all new agents are eligible for $250 bonuses totaling $1,000. This is a full time role where we compensate your work through multiple types of compensation. First-year entry level agents average $50,000 - $80,000. First year agents can also receive up to $19,000 in additional income through our sales matching programs. Experienced sales agents that have been a part of Bankers Life for two plus years earn upwards of $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses. How Bankers Life Supports your career: Flexible work environment once you complete your new agent training period which can vary anywhere from four to twelve weeks on average. Set their own hours with options to work in the field, onsite, and/or in a hybrid capacity per their preference with the support of branch leadership Our training is conducted in our office by successful field leaders.
