Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for software and process improvements. Analyze business needs and identify areas for enhancement and optimization. Develop process flow diagrams and user stories to clearly articulate requirements. Assist in the creation of functional specifications and system design documents. Support the testing and implementation of new solutions. Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams. Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends. Requirements
