What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to eligible Medicare patients
• Explain Shield Health's care management programs in a clear, patient-friendly manner
• Answer patient questions and address common concerns
• Build rapport and trust with patients over the phone
• Enroll eligible patients who choose to participate
• Accurately document call outcomes and enrollment information
• Manage daily outreach activities using Shield Health's technology platform
• Work toward enrollment and productivity expectations based on your selected workload

What We're Looking For

• Active RN, LPN, or LVN license
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable spending the majority of working time on the phone
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using web-based software, EMRs, and phone systems
• Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace

Compensation

Training includes guaranteed compensation while completing onboarding and training requirements. Following training, compensation is tied to completed patient enrollments and performance. Nurses can select a workload that fits their availability and desired earnings, while high-performing nurses who consistently meet or exceed expectations have the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation.
