The Platform Engineer (India) focuses on designing, building, and maintaining the underlying infrastructure and services that host the Generative AI platform. This includes configuring cloud services, implementing DevOps pipelines, and ensuring platform performance, reliability, and scalability. Collaboration with development, QA, and security teams is central to this role. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Infrastructure & AutomationProvision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI workloads. Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling through DevOps practices and tools. Performance & ReliabilityImplement performance monitoring and alerting to ensure high availability of platform services. Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement corrective actions. Responsible for platform uptime and performance SLAs. Security & ComplianceCollaborate with security teams to implement secure configurations and compliance controls. Maintain documentation and best practices around platform governance. CollaborationWorks closely with developers, QA, security, and operations teams. May serve as a vendor liaison for specialized infrastructure tools. Partnering with management, may help influence costs through cloud usage optimization. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years in platform engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering (SRE). Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible). Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are beneficial. Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, etc.). Team player with excellent problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus). Available for on-call rotation for platform support if needed. We are an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity.
