The Helpful Smiles Technology Global Center (HST Global) in Bangalore is a division of the Hy-Vee IT team named as the Helpful Smiles Technology Center based in the US. It supports Hy-Vee’s business growth and modernization needs by accelerating the adoption of technology across enterprise operations. The Hy-Vee IT team is looking to expand its capabilities in software development and delivery with roles such as Agile and full stack and data analysts based out of Bangalore. HST Global will serve the entire IT organization across roles and functions. Job Title: HST Global Endpoint Engineer II Department: IT Infrastructure On Prem Qualifications: Extensive experience administering Microsoft MECM and MDT. Experience administrating MDM platforms such as Workspace One (Air Watch), JAMF, Patch My PC (good to have) and Intune. Experience administering Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS operating systems. Extensive experience with automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, or other scripting languages is desired. Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude. Help create and build system Images. Responsibilities: Help Create and maintain standard images for multiple operating systems across various hardware platforms including POS. On-going vulnerability operational support including operating systems releases, upgrades, service pack installations, security updates, and any system change activities. Provide guidance for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting all aspects of MECM environment. Encourages automation by leveraging PowerShell and or other scripting languages. Provide advanced troubleshooting testing and documentation based on live examples. Creates and maintains technical documentation stored within the team's knowledge base. Works with primary team leads and stakeholders for direction and communication. Education: A degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field from an accredited university and/or 3 to 6 years equivalent work experience is required.
