Job Description

DDN is seeking a Demo Engineer to design, build, maintain, and deliver world-class product demonstrations that showcase the value of DDN's AI, storage, and data infrastructure solutions. This is an EMEA role, the Demo Excellence Team will be responsible to bring the Art of Possible Demos to or Executive Briefing Centers. You will be responsible to manage the European Executive Briefing Center with Vertical Use Case Demos that will be used by our Go-To-Market to drive strategic deals. This role serves as a key resource for Sales Engineering teams across EMEA by developing repeatable demonstration environments, supporting customer presentations, and ensuring technical demonstrations effectively communicate business value.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain demonstration environments for DDN solutions, including the Demo Lab, Executive Briefing Center Deliver technical demonstrations to customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders. Develop demo scripts, use cases, and technical storytelling materials. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to incorporate new capabilities into demo environments. Maintain demo infrastructure, cloud environments, and associated documentation. Track demo effectiveness and continuously improve customer engagement experiences. Assist Sales Engineers during customer evaluations and proof-of-concept activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical, Marketing, or IT Infrastructure. Experience leading similar global programs or operational initiatives. Familiarity with Linux, virtualization, cloud technologies, and enterprise infrastructure. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI infrastructure, GPU environments, HPC, or enterprise storage. Experience delivering executive-level demonstrations. Knowledge of NVIDIA ecosystem technologies.
