Role Overview: The eCommerce Platform Coordinator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining the company's online sales platforms. This role ensures product data accuracy, platform stability, operational efficiency, and alignment with commercial goals. Reporting to the Director of IT, this role owns the day to day performance, optimization, and governance of an organization's eCommerce platforms. Duties: Platform Management - Oversee daily operations across platforms such as Znode and bespoke systems.
