  • Manage the planning and delivery of all website operations, ensuring the digital catalog is accurate, brand-aligned, and optimized for a "browse-to-inquiry" user flow.
  • Create a roadmap for web content and UI/UX improvements.

  • Utilize GA4 and Shopify’s backend reporting to monitor traffic patterns and user behavior.
  • Translate data into actionable insights that help us understand which products and content are driving the most engagement.
  • Manage and optimize the Shopify app stack (e.g., forms, search filters, live chat, or catalog tools) to ensure a high-performance, mobile-responsive experience across all devices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in managing ecommerce and digital marketing operations, ideally in the promotional products or related industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage agency partners in this space.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in variety of digital technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, NetSuite, Shopify, Content Management Systems).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
