Collect and evaluate data on brand strategies, including marketing, product assortment, pricing, and historical development. Examine brands' digital marketing efforts, social media presence, website functionality, and customer feedback across multiple platforms. Operational Support and Execution:Manage affiliate sample requests efficiently, ensuring proper tracking and processing across marketplaces. Participate in managing customer reviews and contributing to projects that enhance the online shopping experience. Assist in coordinating various marketing campaigns, from voucher distributions to flash sales, to ensure strategic alignment and execution. Oversee financial transactions, including the initiation and tracking of payment requests, with a focus on accuracy and detail. Handle shipment logistics, including managing packing lists and creating Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN) for seamless delivery processes. Strategic Reporting and Presentation:Compile the research and analysis into comprehensive reports, providing insights, trends, and actionable recommendations. Present findings to the team and stakeholders, effectively communicating key insights and strategic advice for decision-making.
