This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending on-site care with remote planning and collaboration. Responsibilities: Provide attentive, nurturing, and safe care for children aged 4 and 7. Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational activities, including STEM, arts, literacy, and outdoor play. Develop daily schedules that balance learning, creative exploration, and downtime. Oversee children's daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and bedtime. Ensure a safe, stimulating, and organized environment for the children. Prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks. Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children's daily activities, progress, and any developmental observations. Utilize remote tools for planning educational curriculum and coordinating with family needs. Plan and supervise outings to educational and recreational venues within Austin, Texas, US . Light housekeeping related to the children's spaces and activities. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a nanny, early childhood educator, or child development specialist. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is highly preferred. Proven ability to create and implement engaging educational activities for preschool and early elementary-aged children. Strong understanding of child development principles and learning methodologies. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. CPR and First Aid certification required.
