Dynamics 365 Applications Manager - ERP (F&O) + CRM - Germany - Fully Remote - Highly competitive Day Rate Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of Dynamics 365 F&O and CE
• Ensure system performance, stability, and data integrity
• Translate business requirements into system processes and workflows
• Drive process improvements across sales, finance, and operations
• Manage system upgrades, releases, and testing
• Support and train users to maximize adoption
• Coordinate and challenge the current implementation partner

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O and CE
• Fluent in German and English
• Comfortable working remotely, with travel to Germany for onboarding and approximately every two months
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
• Experience managing vendors or external partners
• Start Date: Week commencing 30 March or 6 April (flexible)
• Duration: Initial 6-month contract (option to extend or convert to FTE)
