Role Overview – Frontline Guest Experience & Ticketing Specialist

As the face of careerzynith, you will create memorable interactions that leave travelers feeling welcomed, valued, and confident in their journey. Working in the bustling Honolulu terminal, you will assist both domestic and international passengers with ticketing, baggage handling, and travel inquiries, all while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor—even during the most demanding situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers with a warm, friendly attitude as they arrive at the terminal and as they depart, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
  • Provide accurate ticketing support, including check‑in, seat assignments, upgrades, and special service requests.
  • Assist travelers with baggage inquiries, tag and track luggage, and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Respond to passenger questions and concerns via phone, in‑person, and digital channels, delivering clear and helpful information.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.

  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift luggage for an 8‑hour shift.
  • Eligibility to obtain a SIDA (Security Identification) badge and meet all airport security requirements.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
