Senior Free RPG Developer In the context of replacing a provider who will soon leave the mission, we are looking for a senior Free RPG developer to strengthen a feature team dedicated to health streams and treatments. The project team operates in Scrum methodology and is composed of one PO, 1 PPO, 2 BA, 1 Tech Lead RPG, 6 RPG developers, and 3 Java developers. Mission Develop and maintain applications following Scrum principles. Automate work methods to improve efficiency and quality. Provide technical support to users and resolve any issues. Write technical documentation to facilitate understanding and maintenance of applications. Conduct technological surveillance to stay updated with new trends and best practices. Contribute to the conduct of change by promoting good practices and innovations. Actively participate in the company's IT projects. Required Profile Senior Free RPG developer (minimum 7 years of experience) Solid experience in Free RPG development and SQL Experience in the Personal / Health Insurance sector is appreciated Familiar with Agile / Scrum environments
