Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to negotiate contracts and rates with providers to ensure competitive pricing and quality services. Lead and mentor a team of provider network managers, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals and objectives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements to inform decision-making and ensure compliance with standards. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives to improve member satisfaction and retention through provider network management. Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, fostering effective communication and a collaborative partnership. Track and report on key performance metrics related to provider network management, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
