Overview

The Director – Product Management – DME plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client needs in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. This role drives cross-functional collaboration and removes barriers to delivery to bring innovative solutions to market. Working closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional partners—including sales, account management, clinical, compliance, and operations—the Director defines, prioritizes, and executes product strategy. This includes developing compelling business cases and advancing enhancements that ensure the product portfolio continues to deliver value, improve patient outcomes, strengthen customer loyalty, and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

Partnering with Product Owner and leadership to execute product strategy aligned with organizational and market demands. Drive solution development to improve patient outcomes, strengthen customer loyalty, and deliver measurable profitability Collaborate cross-functionally with CareCentrix teams to identify integration opportunities, share insights, and advance initiatives that enhance product performance Refining and communicating clear value propositions Developing strong business cases to support strategic initiatives Incorporating customer feedback into product enhancements Maintaining competitive intelligence and market awareness Lead client implementations and oversee end-to-end product strategy to support growth, retention, and profitability Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities and execute roadmap initiatives that promote innovation and operational efficiency Serve as product lead for JOC client engagements, contributing to contract strategy, P&L oversight, ROI analysis, and high-impact projects Manage the product lifecycle, including enhancements, issue resolution, and risk escalation Ensure product quality and compliance across all markets and lines of business Partner with internal teams to support initiatives and foster accountability and continuous improvement Work with leadership to achieve key performance metrics for network providers, ensuring clinical quality and performance standards are met Support additional strategic initiatives and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years of progressive healthcare experience, including 3+ years in project management Specialized knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) required Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), and Tableau Strategic and operational leadership with the ability to drive efficiency, manage change, and execute complex initiatives Financial acumen, including interpreting P&L results and aligning strategy to measurable outcomes Proven leadership, coaching, and stakeholder influence skills Strong communication and presentation abilities Innovative thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems

Pay Range: $150000 – $170000 / year plus corporate bonus incentive.
