Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Director of Data - BioTech. The Director will oversee data governance, data management, and data quality for regulated environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing data policies, managing clinical data, analyzing datasets, and ensuring high data integrity. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with healthtech and biotech teams to maintain alignment with overall organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Data Governance and Data Management to establish and enforce data policies and standards.
• Proficiency in Data Quality to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across datasets.
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting large volumes of complex data and deriving actionable insights.
• Experience in Clinical Data Management within regulated healthtech or biotech settings.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA, and familiarity with compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced degree in Data Science, Biostatistics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field is highly desirable.
