As a result of significant expansion and a very active deal environment, we’re looking to add an additional member to the M&A team. The Director of Corporate Development will play a critical role within the corporate development function and will have the opportunity to touch on all aspects of the deal process and truly quarterback transactions. This organization is pursuing a high volume of transactions. The department has been assembled in such a way that you will have resources above and below you to provide support and ensure an efficient and successful deal process. Over time it is expected that this role will evolve to take on more and more responsibility. The compensation package will include a competitive base salary, deal bonuses and equity. The position can be based anywhere in the US, with a preference for individuals who live within a reasonable proximity to an airport that allows them to travel as needed.
