Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Consumer Insights. The individual in this role will be responsible for leading and conducting consumer and market research, analyzing customer behaviors, and providing actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. The role involves managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing consumer strategies to enhance business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Insights, Consumer Insight, and Customer Insight to develop and communicate data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with Market Research and gathering qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and identifying trends to support business strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively across a variety of teams.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies used in consumer and market research.
• Proven experience in a leadership role related to insights or analytics is a plus.
