Role Overview We’re seeking a Content Creator who lives at the intersection of culture, creativity, and technology. You’ll craft “Isms” — short, impactful statements paired with visuals — that reflect what’s happening in the world, from news and humor to emotion and trends. This role is for someone who enjoys experimenting with language, visuals, and AI tools to turn big ideas into highly shareable micro-content. Key Responsibilities · Work with marketing agencies to find creative ways to ethically and legally incentivize users to then create and publish isms that align with cultural trends, entertainment, and creative expression · Collaborate with designers, editors, and the AI team to enhance content with visuals, modes, and effects · Work with content creation teams to promote the creation and curation of posts and text that’s concise, engaging, and visually expressive · Experiment with tone, humor, and emotion to find what resonates with the audience · Plan and execute short content campaigns and challenges within the platform · Stay current with social and cultural trends, adapting them into creative opportunities · Organize and maintain a consistent posting schedule and thematic content pipeline · Measure and iterate on engagement, exploring new creative directions through analytics feedback Qualifications · 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or copywriting · Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a sense of rhythm and brevity · Ability to generate creative ideas quickly and adapt to fast-moving trends · Experience working with AI or generative media tools is a plus · Comfortable using design or video editing software to pair visuals with copy · Strong understanding of social content formats and user engagement dynamics · Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining consistent tone and quality Nice to Have · Background in journalism, digital storytelling, or short-form media · Familiarity with meme culture, viral trends, and creative experimentation · Experience writing for social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or Threads Who You Are You’re a storyteller at your core, constantly noticing patterns, moments, and ideas worth sharing.
