Essential skills - Professional experience (3-5 years) in developing web applications with JavaScript, React, and TypeScript;- Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs, as well as using PostgreSQL and AWS environments;- Experience with Guidewire (mandatory), ideally in the context of deploying and developing customized solutions;- Experience in dynamic and exploratory environments, with the ability to develop POCs, analyze poorly defined requirements, and collaborate on AI-driven development initiatives using Claude Code;- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, be autonomous, and adapt to constantly evolving contexts.
