These factories deliver AI/ML Applications, Data Science Platforms, Blockchain and Microservices for DoD, Healthcare and Civilian Agencies Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee mission-critical federal programs upon contract award. The Deputy Program Manager to support and lead day-to-day program operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuity in the Program Manager's absence. This role focuses on team coordination, performance tracking, reporting, and compliance within a fast-paced federal environment. Key Responsibilities:Act as the Program Manager backup, ensuring uninterrupted program execution Manage daily team coordination, schedules, and action item tracking Prepare and deliver status reports, PMR presentations, and executive briefings Track and report KPIs and SLA metrics (SS-1 to SS-23) Oversee staffing activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and clearance verification Coordinate transition activities aligned with PWS requirements Support quality management processes, including audits and corrective action plans (CAPs) Skills Required:Must possess an active secret clearance.
