We're looking for someone who wants to help us establish and scale demand generation in a market with significant growth potential. If you know which channels, communities, events, and campaigns influence contact center and CX buyers, you'll have the opportunity to put that expertise to work here. Working directly with GTM leadership, you'll have a visible role in shaping how we build awareness, generate pipeline, and grow our presence in North America. What We're Looking For

Experience marketing to contact center, CX, CCaaS, WFM, conversational AI, or related SaaS buyers. A track record of building pipeline through demand generation programs. Experience with ABM and multi-channel campaign execution. Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred). A builder mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing.
