  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States ### Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy
  • Provide accurate information about Delta Airlines’ policies and procedures
  • Work with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
