• Communicate task updates, questions, and completion status to team leads via email and chat
• Handle all data, records, and account information with strict confidentiality
• Assist with file organization, document formatting, and administrative support as needed
• Participate in brief weekly check-ins with the team to review workload and priorities Requirements

• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with strong accuracy
