About the role: As a Data Analyst (HR), you will play a key role in shaping data-driven decision-making across our People function. By building scalable data models and delivering impactful dashboards, you will provide transparency on workforce dynamics and enable strategic planning. Working closely with HR and business stakeholders, you translate complex people data into actionable insights that support organizational growth and performance.

Job Description

About your tasks: Lead the design and development of advanced data models in Tabular and/or Databricks to address company-wide HR analytical needs, including models supporting workforce planning, headcount forecasting, retention analysis, and organizational effectiveness Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards that surface key HR and people KPIs (e.g., hiring, attrition, engagement, performance), enabling real-time insights into workforce dynamics Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across HR like Talent Acquisition, HR Service, and HR Business Partnering to align analytics with strategic workforce and organizational objectives Conduct in-depth people and operational data analysis, identifying trends (e.g., attrition drivers, hiring funnel performance), tracking deviations, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to support leadership Enhance decision-making processes across the organization by transforming complex people data into compelling narratives tailored to HR and business stakeholders

Qualifications

About you: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, HR Analytics, or a related field 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, ideally with exposure to HR, People Analytics, or workforce-related data environments Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud, with a strong understanding of data modeling and semantic layer optimization in a people analytics context Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, and PowerBi, with proven capability in handling large datasets for HR analysis and reporting Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Jira is a plus Additional Information About your Benefits: In order to provide our employees with the best possible support for their individual needs, we offer a wide range of benefits: Work from Home: If your job does not require you to be present in the office, we can arrange the place you work from individually - even for up to 20 days a year anywhere in the EU.
