About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Support Analyst – Supply Chain Management to join our D365 F&O Application Support Center of Excellence. In this role, you will take ownership of complex functional incidents, design and configure robust fixes, and drive continuous improvement across a live enterprise D365 F&O estate. You will work closely with technical teams and service management to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned to SLAs and best practices. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant D365 F&O Supply Chain Management experience, a strong background in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and practical experience delivering configuration-over-customization solutions, enhancements, and supportable processes in production environments. A relevant Microsoft D365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Level 3 Functional Support & Escalation: Act as the final functional authority for complex D365 F&O Supply Chain Management incidents, problems, and service requests. Perform deep root-cause analysis on critical business process interruptions and collaborate with technical teams to deploy permanent fixes. Knowledge Transfer & Mentorship: Provide expert guidance, technical coaching, and updated documentation to empower Level 1 and Level 2 support teams. Solution Ownership: Maintain deep functional mastery over core application areas, specifically Supply Chain Management with Manufacturing, Order Management, and Advanced Warehousing. Best Practice Alignment: Ensure all supported solutions strictly align with standard D365 functionality, prioritizing system configuration over heavy customization. Review and validate functional designs for business-as-usual (BAU) enhancements and change requests. Change & Release Management: Assess the functional impact of proposed system changes. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and release planning to ensure seamless deployment readiness. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders. Translate complex technical and functional issues into clear, business-friendly insights, and actively participate in Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and service reviews.

Requirements

Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Supply Chain Management. Support Background: Proven track record operating in a production support or Level 3 managed services environment. Environment Scale: Direct experience supporting multi-legal entity, multi-country deployments within high-volume transactional environments. Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes, system parameters, setups, and Azure DevOps (or similar ALM tools). Certifications: You must hold the following Microsoft certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330) Microsoft Certified: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations (MB-300) Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical troubleshooting skills; a calm, methodical approach to high-pressure issues; and a collaborative, mentoring mindset. Desirable (Nice-to-Have) Prior experience in the Telecommunications or Satellite Communications industries. Background working in heavily regulated or compliance-driven environments. Functional exposure to data integrations (DMF, dual-write, APIs) and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). ITIL Foundation Level certification.
