Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data into company systems. Verify the accuracy of information and resolve discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Perform routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy. What We re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Excellent typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace. Previous experience in data entry or healthcare is a plus, but not required.
