Ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Customer-Centric Demonstrated passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Tech-Savvy Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Comfortable with remote work technology. Remote Work Experience Previous experience in a remote customer support role is a plus.
