Key Responsibilities

• * Provide expert support in prescription management, including reviewing, processing, and filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• * Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely process.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or higher preferred.
• * State certification/licensing for Pharmacy Technicians, if applicable.
• * Experience in a pharmacy setting, customer service, or healthcare-related field preferred.
• * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• * Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, medication names, and drug interactions.
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and pharmacy management software.
• * Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Experience
• * 1+ years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare-related role is preferred.
• * Previous experience working in a remote environment or in customer service is a plus.
• * Experience with prescription management systems and medication dispensing is desirable.
