You will: Champion our customers: Own live chat and email conversations, solving everything from complex betting queries to technical glitches with speed and personality. Deliver industry-leading support: Build strong relationships with our customers while thriving in a fast-paced, real-time environment where priorities can shift quickly. Keep gaming safe: Support our Responsible Gambling commitments by identifying potential signs of customer harm, following safer gambling procedures, and helping maintain a safe and fair experience for all customers. Bridge the gap to tech: Investigate customer feedback, escalate bugs and improvement opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams to improve the platform experience.
