You’ll respond to customer issues using a chat-based platform and email. Common requests include subscription changes, account access, order questions, and feature navigation. We provide full training, templated responses, and weekly shift selection so you can work when it fits your schedule. Key Responsibilities – Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email support – Assist with product access, billing concerns, and order lookups – Follow prewritten workflows and support scripts – Tag, log, and summarize each interaction – Keep a helpful, calm, and professional tone in every message Why You’ll Love This Role – Zero calls. Training Process – 2 hours of self-guided video onboarding – Practice chats with feedback – One monitored shift with live QA support – Start real shifts within a few days of completing onboarding Example Shift You pick a 2 PM–8 PM shift. You help a customer access a purchase, answer a billing question with a templated response, and process a cancellation for another user.
