Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our remote team in Canada. This is a chat-based support role, offering a fully remote work opportunity with no phone interactions required. The ideal candidate will excel in written communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our support team, you will help ensure our clients receive timely, accurate, and professional assistance while maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities
