Their team is small, remote, and super focused on giving customers the best experience possible. They're scaling quickly and looking for detail-oriented, reliable people to help us keep our customer service fast, friendly, and on point. You donβt need years of experienceβjust strong English skills, a reliable work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Weβll train you on everything else! Your Role: Youβll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to emails and social media comments using our scripts and systems. Youβll help resolve questions, build customer trust, and flag anything unusual to our internal team. Youβll: β Respond to customer emails using our scripts and tone guidelines β Monitor and reply to comments on social media ads β Use basic customer service tools and Google Sheets (training provided!) β Escalate issues based on our internal processes β Stay consistent, calm, and professional in all communications You Bring: β¨ Excellent written and spoken English β¨ Attention to detailβyou donβt miss steps β¨ Reliabilityβyouβre online when you say youβll be β¨ Patience & professionalismβespecially with repetitive or challenging requests β¨ Basic tech comfortβemail, docs, spreadsheets, and safe browsing habits β¨ Willingness to learnβopen to feedback and improving every week Nice-to-Haves (but not required): π― Experience in customer support or VA roles π― Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Google Workspace π― Background supporting online stores or DTC brands Role Details: π 30 hrs/week Must be able to work a few hours every other weekend Required availability: 3β5 PM PST, Monday to Friday π΅ Pay: $6β$7 USD/hr (based on experience) π Location: Remote β LATAM preferred π§ Training provided β Weβll teach you the tools and systems!
