Customer Service Advisor

Remote · Brazil Full-time

TSB Bank is committed to delivering excellent customer service and operational excellence. They are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support local businesses by onboarding new customers and providing daily administrative support in their Business Banking Team in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

  • Providing day to day services such as onboarding new to bank business customers
  • Supporting customers via telephone lines
  • Working administration tasks such as mailboxes and hybrid mailing
  • May include Know Your Business support
  • Providing excellent service to customers through the onboarding stages of their application
  • Supporting relationship management customers in their day to day transactions
  • Capable of learning and applying technical knowledge of policies and processes
  • Proactively contribute with suggestions to reduce risks within the team and Business Banking
  • Carrying out ad-hoc investigations, projects and reviews and complex admin tasks
  • Work in a collaborative way with other Teams across TSB
  • Delivering TSB purpose through great service and responsible decision making
  • Using knowledge to talk to customers about the range of products and services TSB can provide
