As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting clients with travel-related planning, reservation assistance, and ongoing trip coordination. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while building valuable skills in customer relations, organization, and travel support. No prior industry experience is required, and comprehensive training is provided. Primary Responsibilities Guide clients through various stages of the travel planning process Research vacation options, accommodations, transportation, and travel products using approved resources Compare available choices and help identify options that align with client preferences Verify reservation details and itinerary information before final processing Respond to client questions and provide timely support through phone, email, and online communication tools Assist with travel schedule adjustments, booking updates, and service requests Maintain accurate customer records and travel documentation Participate in virtual training sessions and ongoing development programs
