The Curriculum Developer will collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum content is comprehensive, stimulating, and effective in fostering cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Responsibilities include researching and integrating new educational trends and technologies, creating diverse learning materials such as lesson plans, activity guides, and assessment tools, and providing professional development and training to teaching staff on curriculum implementation. This role also involves evaluating curriculum effectiveness through observation, feedback, and data analysis, and making necessary revisions to enhance learning outcomes.
