This is a great chance to work for a world-leading travel company. You will start with a training program in Athens, and then you can work 100% from home anywhere in Greece. The Mission: Helping People Travel the World As a travel consultant, you help travelers make their holiday plans reality. You will fix tricky problems and make sure every trip goes smoothly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Bilingual Support: Help and advise Croatian-speaking customers and our international hotel partners. Managing Bookings: Take care of reservations from start to finish, including last-minute changes, cancellations, and special requests. Solving Problems: Act as a calm helper to fix disagreements about hotel stays, money payments, or check-in issues. Computer Work: Use our customer management software to track your work and keep everything running smoothly. Representing the Brand: Speak to customers kindly and professionally to keep our service quality high. THE IDEAL PROFILE: LOGICAL & ADAPTABLE We want friendly, active people who can work fast while still being warm and helpful. Language Skills: Native or near-native Croatian, plus a good level of professional English (B2 level or higher). People Skills: The ability to listen with kindness while staying focused on finding solutions. Computer Skills: You are comfortable with technology and can easily use multiple software tools at the same time. Growth: You do not need any experience in travel! We give you full, paid training to learn everything you need. Schedule: You can commit to a 40-hour work week with schedules that change on a rotating basis. MOVING TO GREECE & WORKING FROM HOME We make your move to Greece stress-free with our welcome package: Flight Ticket: The company pays for your flight to Athens. Free Housing: We pay for your hotel stay for the first 3 months to help you settle in comfortably. Paperwork Help: We help you directly with Greek administration, including getting your local Tax ID, Social Security number, and opening a bank account. Work from Home: After your first 90 days in Athens, you can work 100% remotely from any location in Greece.
