Experience you’ll need to bring: 3–5+ years of CRM experience in the iGaming industry or a similar B2C environment; Strong hands-on experience in segmentation, user retention, and lifecycle management; Proven experience working with gamification tools and bonus/loyalty systems; Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; Ability to independently own initiatives and drive them end-to-end.
