Gen II Fund Services is one of the largest global independent private equity fund administrators, and they are seeking a Credit Operations Analyst to support their loan operations team. This role involves maintaining operational standards, assisting with process documentation, and ensuring an exceptional client experience through collaboration and training participation.

Responsibilities

• Follow established guidelines to help maintain operational excellence
• Drive accuracy, timeliness, and control throughout the credit process
• Review and interpret credit agreements and loan notices
• Enter loan data updates in loan operations system
• Reconciliation and reporting
• Engage in all required training sessions
• Take part in a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ensure you are fully trained and equipped to support evolving client and regulatory needs
• Respond to client and internal inquiries professionally and promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement

Skills

• 0-2 years of experience in credit operations, fund administration, or a related financial services function
• Strong understanding of loan servicing, documentation, and private credit structures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree required - Finance, Economics, or Business Administration major preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
