Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-volume production workflows and frameworks that enhance efficiency and profitability
• Direct the development of production automation tools and oversee a team of creative technologists to maintain quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of production experience in pharmaceutical advertising or regulated marketing environments
• Senior leadership experience at the SVP level with a proven track record in managing large production teams
